Four phases: Inquiry plus NDA (week one) - discovery call, NDA, scope. Market brief (weeks 2-3) - sectoral landscape, regulatory map, indicative targets. Site visit and due diligence (weeks 4-10) - on-the-ground visits, financial DD, legal DD, commercial DD. Deal structuring (weeks 10-16) - holding structure, SPA negotiation, closing mechanics.
